Format will be 18 holes, individual stroke play.
Qualifying Spots
The site has been allocated two (2) qualifying positions and two (2) alternate positions.
Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the last qualifying spot or either of the alternate positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Practice Rounds
Practice rounds are available at club's discretion based on availability. The cost is $40 for qualifier participant, $60 for non-qualifier participants (not including cart). Please contact Dornick Hills Professional Shop in advance to schedule a practice round (580) 223-4071.
Note: Dornick Hills CC will be closed the day prior, Monday, June 26th. Please schedule a practice round prior to this date.
Players must play only from the tee markers, and must play one ball.
Automotive Transportation/Caddies/Pull Carts
Model Local Rule H-1.2 is in effect: A player may NOT use a parent, step-parent or guardian as a caddie. Caddies are not available at the club; players may provide their own caddie.
Players must walk at all times during the round unless authorized or later approved by the Rules Committee.
Caddies will have the option to use carts to transport a player's clubs assuming they have a valid Driver's License. Carts for caddies are limited to two per group, and are subject to the rental fee of the host facility.
Golf Carts are not available for spectators. Players may use their own push/pull carts.
Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 5 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Conforming Golf Balls/Conforming Driver Heads/One-Ball Rule/Clubs: Grooves
Only brands of balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. The Grooves & Punch Mark Specifications, Local Rules prescribed in Section 8 of Committee Procedures, will be in effect. Starting in 2023, the "One-Ball Rule" is NOT in effect.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices that measure distance only ARE permitted during this competition.

Dress Code
No collarless shirts, jeans, or cargo pants/shorts for players, caddies, or spectators.
